Please read the following carefully. Your use of the CandiKingdom.com web site (“candikingdom.com“) and purchase of the products (or services) (“products”)
on it means that you agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms”).


Shopping at CandiKingdom.com

When you place an order for a product in any of the ways described above (“order”) you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.

When you place your order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order.

Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and contact you with a further email. If the product is available and the details of the order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance and will specify delivery details and confirm the price of the products purchased. If the product is not available we will also let you know by email.

All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

CandiKingdom.com may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.



We try to make sure that the prices on CandiKingdom.com are accurate but errors sometimes may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply to us. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If all efforts to reach you fail, we will treat the order as cancelled. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.

You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details.

Please note that both charges and refunds are in UK pounds and CandiKingdom.com cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.



You must pay for your order before it is delivered and you can do so by via PayPal (Credit or Debit Card) on CandiKingdom.com or gift voucher. The only exceptions to this are for pre-agreements made by CandiKingdom.com that can payment is accepted by invoice. Invoice must be paid before delivery can be made.

To ensure that shopping online is secure, we use PayPal as our payment gateway.


CandiKingdom.com Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers must be redeemed online at CandiKingdom.com. If the value of the order exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card.

Unused balances will be held within the recipients voucher for the same period.

Vouchers have a cash redemption value of 0.001p.

If you have received a promotional gift voucher from
CandiKingdom.com, only one such Gift Voucher may be redeemed per purchase.



We try to keep our stock as up to date as possible. Sometimes due to the nature and limited availability of the sweets that we sell, we cannot guarantee that particular products will always be available. If we can’t supply a product we reserve the right to replace it with an alternative sweet. We may also offer you the option of having the product sent to you as a back order (to follow the remainder of your order as soon as the product becomes available) or, alternatively, we will refund the amount debited by us.

All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you the money you have paid for it.



UK orders are despatched either by Royal Mail 24 or 48 services or by Courier.

We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on CandiKingdom.com but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

If the products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time that we quote, please contact us by email and we will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible. Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 1-4 days, Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost.

To qualify for next day delivery (Royal Mail 24) orders must be placed before 12 Noon.

Please order with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as CandiKingdom.com cannot be responsible for this.

Free Delivery is offered on orders over £50. This is for all orders over £50 in the UK ONLY.

Any orders placed containing Back-Order Items will be held and shipped altogether when all items are in stock.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Copyright and Trade Marks

CandiKingdom.com does not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any product nor the right to copy them.

CandiKingdom.com, CandiKingdom.co.uk and our logos are trade names or trademarks of CandiKingdom.com and may not be used by anyone else without our express permission. We have applied for a registered trademark in the name “CandiKingdom.com” and we are also the owners of unregistered trademark rights in them.


Privacy and Data Policy

CandiKigdom.com makes a commitment to protecting your privacy and promises only to use information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

When you place an order, we may ask you for certain information and you may submit personal data (for example your name, phone number, address, email). We may also record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase as well as customer traffic patterns and site use. This information will be kept securely in accordance with our internal security policy and may be used to:

  • Process your order;
  • Provide you with an up to date, efficient, and reliable service;
  • Open and run your account;
  • Administer prize draws;
  • Provide a more personal shopping experience.

By making an order and submitting your data you agree to this use.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.


Marketing Communications

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to other companies.

CandiKingdom.com will not send you any marketing emails or pass your information on to third parties unless you give us your consent, or unless we have it already. Where requested please therefore check the relevant box is marked.



In order to improve our service and CandiKingdom.com we may use a device known as a ‘cookie’. Cookies are a means by which information relating to your Internet activity (such as whether you have visited CandiKingdom.com before) is recorded on your hard drive and used by us to improve services.

If you do not wish for us to use cookies please adjust your Internet browser settings to not accept cookies.


Your Privacy

If you have any questions or comments about privacy or the CandiKingdom.com privacy policy, or if you already have submitted information that you do not wish us to have please contact us via email (at info@candikingdom.com) and the information will be corrected as soon as possible or removed from our database as you request.



We do not offer returns due to the nature of our product (food/perishable items). On extreme occasions we may allow returns but this must be arranged with CandiKingdom.com via email (info@candikingdom.com). Items must be in an unused state complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund you the price you paid for that product (excluding P&P).

You will only have to pay for the return postage of the products.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


Faulty Products

We try to select and package the products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the product in an unused state complete with packaging and all components.

You will need to contact (info@candikingdom.com) prior to any faulty products being returned.


CandiKingdom.com Responsibilities

CandiKingdom.com has tried to make the descriptions, including images of the products as accurate as possible. In some instances images may appear slightly different to some products.

CandiKingdom.com will provide its services with reasonable skill and care but does not give any guarantees, warranties or representations in respect of any other person’s services.

These terms above shall not limit any rights you might have as a consumer that may not be excluded under applicable law nor shall they exclude or limit CandiKingdom’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence nor any fraudulent representation.

CandiKingdom will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood or war.

CandiKingdom.com is not involved in the manufacture of products. Where we state information as to the contents of the sweets (e.g. whether they contain sugar, gluten or gelatine) we reproduce wherever possible the information provided by the manufacturer or supplier. We do not guarantee the accuracy of this information.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, which are available to you.
